Our Mission is to provide quality professional education about the skin, skin care, the benefits of using organic products, as well as advanced massage and bodywork techniques. We believe in the wholeness of each person and the importance of meeting the individualized needs for every body that comes to Serendipity.

      Wikipedia definition of Serendipity…Serendipity is the effect by which one accidentally discovers something fortunate, especially while looking for something else entirely.

     This is how Serendipity Skin was created. As two long time bodyworkers, we
  decided it was time to move outside the box and create something that will
  withstand the test of fad treatments and work for our clients. As
  bodyworkers, we work with the largest organ of the body, the skin. However,
  many times, we use the most cost effective product on our clients but at
  what cost to us and them?

     Organic products are not new but the amount of education to body workers is.
Other than the anatomy of the integumentary system (in school) and reading
articles after graduation what is out there for help? We did not see continuing education classes that made this a focus. Nor did we find that it was easy to know how to unbuy products that were organic and good for the skin. Thus, Skin 101 and the Serendipity Skin product line.

     Serendipity is an approved continuing education provider for the National
  Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).
